That's why I love Kate's idea - I love showing the not so pretty stuff too :) None of us are all put together like it may seem :) Love your post! I'm a fellow Real Life Wednesday-er on picklebums :)

xx melissa @ mamamissAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1037219973966707056.post-5610935351175438902012-09-05T21:29:59.766-04:002012-09-05T21:29:59.766-04:00Thanks so much for joining in!
I remember being ...Thanks so much for joining in!

I remember being exactly the same when I was teaching - thinking that everyone else had it all together and was getting everything done, except me! And back then there weren't even any blogs to make me feel like that... it really was just all in my head!

But even when things are not perfect, your students are still learning!katefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13498070846839816977noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1037219973966707056.post-682279818197665142012-09-05T21:15:42.683-04:002012-09-05T21:15:42.683-04:00I always feel the same way! Everyone else in blog world has everything so put together and somehow has time to create and make wonderful resources, which of course are also adorable, where I barely have time to get my math centers up and running! So know that you're not alone out there! :)
Liz
Teaching in the ValleyLizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15507306119644086592noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1037219973966707056.post-23781162053131429662012-09-05T21:10:44.640-04:002012-09-05T21:10:44.640-04:00Love it! I know what you mean... It was the first ...Love it! I know what you mean... It was the first day of school for us today and my room is no where close to being finished. My math stations and wod work stations are not put together yet. I have a HUGE pile of folders and random papers that need to eventually get sorted. My teacher binder is empty. I didn't have every minute planned today, so I did a bit of "winging it". It's just too crazy to get it all done! But the kids seemed to have a good day and didn't even notice the huge mess on my desk. Things will be ok :) Enjoy the rest of your week!

Amanda
First Grade GardenAmandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11353811020820349862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1037219973966707056.post-68575064913398119752012-09-05T21:06:52.852-04:002012-09-05T21:06:52.852-04:00Thanks for keeping it real!
